I live my everyday life with life-threatening food allergies to nuts, peanuts, fish and shellfish as well as many other foods and some medications.

I've been nicknamed 'The Allergy Queen" now for about fourteen years now because of my allergies and my involvement with pageants and this cause.

I've been a member of MedicAlert Foundation since 1998 and have been a spokesperson since 2006. I am also a member of FAAN.

I have life threatening food allergies and my life has been saved on more than one occasion by EMTs seeing my bracelet when I couldn't speak for myself.
